Mel Charters

Mel holds the position of Shared Services Manager at 360Private Pty Limited managing the IT function and the Administration team as well as the strategic change and project management initiatives for 360Private. With a background in designing and delivering large-scale business transformation program objectives through people, processes and systems, one of her key challenges is the ongoing analysis of business requirements, designing and delivering change programs to achieve the best outcomes for the business. In addition to this Mel also investigates and interrogates emerging technologies to optimise and simplify the client experience.
