Mark holds the position of Principal Solicitor at 360Private Legal Pty Ltd and manages the Legal team. Mark holds a Diploma of Education and a Diploma of Law. His knowledge and experience has seen him assist clients with his strong yet broad knowledge in Wills and Estates, Succession Planning, Retirement Village contract advice, commercial leases, specialised trusts and conveyancing. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, ensuring that his knowledge of legislative and judicial changes is at the forefront in these areas. He also belongs to the Senior and Aged Care Living Transition (SALT) Directory, an online network of service providers in the Aged Care Sector, which regularly sees him attend public facing events to inform the more senior population with the minefield of information relating to the aged care sector.
