Mark Lumley Shares Expertise at Bolton Clarke Event

We’re proud to share that 360Private’s own lawyer and industry expert, Mark Lumley, was a key contributor at the Bolton Clarke Presentation held on Wednesday, 22 October.   Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, hosted the session as part of its commitment to supporting the wellbeing of older Australians.

The event focused on Aged Care Finance and Estate Planning, offering attendees insights into how thoughtful preparation today can protect loved ones and provide peace of mind for the future.  Mark joined a panel of respected professionals to discuss key legal and financial considerations, before taking part in a Q&A session, where he shared practical advice drawn from his extensive experience.
