Director Identification Number Requirements
Further to earlier communications, we wish to remind you that the deadline for all existing company directors to obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN), is fast approaching. To avoid receiving any warning notices from ASIC and/or potential fines, please complete the application process prior to 30th November 2022.
If you have been issued a Director ID, please forward it through to our corporate administration team at [email protected] so that we can update your ASIC company records with this information.
The unique Director ID can only be obtained by you personally, meaning 360Private is not able to complete this process on your behalf.
To begin the application process, you are required to set up a personal myGovID account, instructions and further information around this requirement can be found on the ABRS website.
