Working with a long standing portfolio of Clients, allows strong historical knowledge and allows the new members of the Audit team to constantly re-evaluate for improvement and value add to the audit objections and procedures. I enjoy working with businesses to strip away much confusion that can surround current accounting standards and assist in building viable commercial outcomes.
Dean immigrated to Australia in 1998 and has worked for various professional accounting firms since this time. His work experience since coming to Australia includes managing major audits of the firms he has worked for. This has included the provision of business services advice, supervision of the preparation of statutory financial statements and income tax returns. This work has been across a broad range of sectors, including Manufacturing, Wholesale, Primary Production, Relating, Service Businesses and a variety of Not For Profit Organisations. Dean has been with 360Private since their merge with the Walker Wayland group, giving him over 20 years with the Group.
